Late payments may incur statutory interest under Belgian law. Ownership of materials remains with Spectre Aero BV until payment is received.

Spectre Aero BV shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or damages resulting from reliance on website content or unavailability. Liability for any service contract shall not exceed the total amount paid under that contract.
